If an app breaks something within the theme, should I contact you or the app developer?
In te case where an app isn’t working as advertised, you will have to reach out to the app’s developer so they can take a look and fix it for you (you are the customer in this case, and the code that’s not working belongs to them). Our recommendation is that you always create a duplicate of the theme before installing a new app as to avoid irreversible changes made by the apps code and lose the hard work you’ve put into customizing the theme.
