Marquees

About:

The marquee is a design element used to display scrolling or animated text, images, or a combination of both. It is often used to create a dynamic and attention-grabbing feature on a website's homepage or other pages. The marquee effect gives the appearance of content moving horizontally right to left making it ideal for highlighting key messages, promotions, or announcements.

Settings:

Enable animation: On / Off

Animation speed: Between 1 and 10.

Note: This is not counted in seconds, but the speed at which the text moves, and the same speed can appear to be slower on two different marquees sections if the text inside them is longer.

Desktop layout settings:

Element size: Between 1 and 6

Element spacing: Between 0 and 6 px

Note: These options are only available for the desktop and tablet layouts.

Text item:

You can add the text item by clicking on the "Add block" button underneath the marquees section you've created.

Icon: Leave this text box blank if you wish to hide the icon, otherwise, enter the name of an icon available in our Icons documentation.

Custom icon: You can add a custom icon you've already uploaded in your store's files.

Heading: Enter a heading for this item

Link: Make the item clickable and redirect to a specific link in your store or outside of it.
